Our approach differs from many traditional headhunting providers because the actual placement is preceded by an in-depth analysis phase in which we determine not only the actual needs of an organisation, but above all its need for change and development as well as the all-important cultural fit of the candidate. This, in turn, is what leads to the perfect profile for a search.

This requires a lot of experience in the field, because it is the only way to find the person who perfectly fits the company and its challenges. That is why we work closely with leading recruitment consultancies in the field of communication and marketing when recruiting.

With more than 25 years of national and international experience in large companies, associations and organisations, we know the communications scene not only in German-speaking countries, but also in Europe and in large parts of Asia and the USA better than other companies. That's why we also know that choosing the right communications manager(s) is almost as important as choosing the right CEO.

We also know that ideally the analysis and search phase is followed by a coaching phase where we coach the new person during their onboarding - three to twelve months if desired. This process guarantees perfect integration into the new organisation with absolute focus on the task.

Just as a wrong gearwheel does not make a watch work properly, the choice of the wrong manager has an impact on the success of a company or organization, especially in communication. We at HoC therefore work according to the ASC Concept®, which consists of three phases and includes an ex-ante and ex-post phase in addition to the concrete search phase. Based on our many years of experience, we are firmly convinced that only a comprehensive process with an analysis phase and an accompanying introduction phase can make a lasting contribution to increased corporate success.

AnalysIS Phase

Experience has shown us that organisations very often do not (yet) use communication management to its full extent and possibilities.

Management is communication per se and good communication is the key to the success of an organisation. Internal and external communication represent only a small part of the spectrum in which communication can contribute value. Based on the company's wishes, we analyse and evaluate the communication structure, the company and communication goals, the fit with the existing management, the budgeting of tasks and the existing team.

On request and for large and/or international projects we also work with your existing national and international partners. Ideally, the final search profile is therefore only created after the analysis phase.

Search Phase
